CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT
DKD-2012 NEW HZS concrete batching/mixing plant, or ready mix concrete plant/concrete factory had been specially developed for marketing in foreign markets with higher stabiliy, durability and intelligence. Ready Mixed Concrete, or RMC as it is popularly called, refers to concrete that is specifically manufactured for delivery to the customer's construction site in a freshly mixed and plastic or unhardened state. Concrete itself is a mixture of Portland cement, water and aggregates comprising sand and gravel or crushed stone. In traditional work sites, each of these materials is procured separately and mixed in specified proportions at site to make concrete. Ready Mixed Concrete is bought and sold by volume - usually expressed in cubic meters. RMC can be custom-made to suit different applications.
Ready Mixed Concrete is manufactured under computer-controlled operations and transported and placed at site using sophisticated equipment and methods. RMC assures its customers numerous benefits.
Our concrete batch plants employ computer aided control to assist in fast, accurate measurement of input constituents or ingredients, as well as tie together the various parts and accessories for coordinated and safe operation. With concrete performance so dependent on accurate water measurement, systems will often use moisture probes to measure the amount of water that is part of the aggregate (sand and rock) material while it is being weighed, and then automatically compensate the mix design water target.
In our company, all plants exported to foreign users must be installed with mixer from the famous mixer maufacturer Italian Sicoma and German Siemens or Japanese controller, aiming at improve the quality and stability of the plant and also the concrete to be produced. This significantly change the way our plants work and improve their ability for constant operation while compared to Chinese mixers and controllers.
