READY MIX CONCRETE MIXING PLANT
DKD-2012 NEW HZS concrete batching/mixing plant, or ready mix concrete plant/concrete factory had been specially developed for marketing in foreign markets with higher stabiliy, durability and intelligence. In this year we have decided that all plants exported to foreign users must be installed with mixer from the famous mixer maufacturer Italian Sicoma, aiming at improve the quality and stability of the plant and also the concrete to be produced. This decision significantly change the way our plants work and improve their ability for constant operation while compared to Chinese mixers. We have also given up Chinese controller or even Japanese controller for the control over the whole machine. German brand Siemens PLC bring German technology and German intelligence to our plant and makes it perform much better during batching of aggregate, weighing of aggregate, water, additive and cement, and also the mixing process.
